I enjoy having those seemingly small decisions instead of just one powerful spell that is always a four=of in every deck
Everything that Bloodthirsty Adversary does is good, but everything that Intrepid Adversary does is exactly what white aggressive decks would be doing at that stage of the game anyway
Thanks to the limited amount of cards in Pioneer, the heavy-hitting mill cards most would be familiar with are unavailable
He has a reasonable 4 Strength and an excellent 9 Willpower, plus he also generates a pretty stunning 4 points of Lore when Questing
To be clear, theres no way all these decks are anywhere near the same power level and the dust will settle into a normal-looking format at some point, but right now, there are so many things to try that people are picking up 5-0s with literally anything
Its also an instant that can fire off when your opponents shields are down and can be foretold to save a bit of mana, increase the surprise factor, and net a whole mess of life
