This is pretty good, it is 7/7 stats, it should be at least a two for one, it is an answer, it provides good defense, some ongoing value and it is reasonable at closing the game

You can play this on curve to slow down aggro decks, sweep the board clear and then flicker Halo to reset the name to the first threat they draw
The abundance of graveyard tutors in black also provides you with the option of casting a card like Entomb to ensure a big enough creature gets exiled in case you need to emergency wipe - or maybe your opponents just removed some of your bigger threats and you feel its payback time ( )
The reflexive triggered ability will trigger any time you lose control of that Equipment this turn, whether it's because the "until end of turn" duration ended or because someone else gained control of the Equipment with another effect
