Against UR Murktide, its a high-variance mill card that will have effectiveness inversely proportional to the number of Murktide Regents it hits early

While the rate of "semi-chase" rares (ones worth more than a pack) is reasonable, the bulk-rare rate for Rivals of Ixalan is meaningfully higher than normal, with a full 58% of the rares in the set being considered some level of bulk

The only other complaint is the visual look of the cards, they look cluttered and make it hard to appreciate the artwork on the card
