Grand Abolisher + Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar + Myrel, Shield of Argive Preventing your opponents from casting spells on your turn might be more of a defensive measure than a true stax effect, but its quite valuable in the right matchups
Why youd opt for this instead of just jamming it into Lord Windgrace is beyond me, though
The raw one-time mana production it delivers is really only rivaled by Mana Echoes, which often requires having creatures in play to get going
Whenever you cast a Wizard spell, as long as Inalla is in play or in the Command Zone, you can pay an additional mana to create a token copy of that Wizard that has haste and is exiled at the end of the turn
This is the fault of Temur rather than Sarkhan himself
At that point you have a huge number of ways to win
