No oats, dairy or cane sugar are added. Just oven dried nuts that were soaked overnight in distilled water. After adding organic maple syrup, our own pure vanilla extract, and freshly grated spices, we slowly toast for up to 24 hours. Soaking overnight and slow roast helps to breakdown enzymes that aids is better digestion. 1
