Gustaf Adolf Fahle, The Artist’s Studio Abstract if this was a 16th-centuryA quick observation of the artists own studio by Gustaf Adolf Emanuel Fahle (1906 1989). Directly in front of us, we see a box of paints and a jar containing brushes situated on a table with two empty chairs. While on our right, the artists easel is partially visible, perhaps holding this very painting. We love the restrained palette and slightly industrial feel to this 1960s modernist gem. Fahle studied at Gottfrid Larsson and Edward Berggren's
