As such I tend to avoid it when I have a good solid deck and run it when I am worried my list is a bit too far off optimal
That included a couple of copies of this gem right here: I think this is going to be a great card in the 99 of all sorts of Commander decks, but I also think it makes for a fantastic Golgari commander
