Giant Head shows how Summerland, BC can grow and create world class Merlot. The wine is soft, creamy, silky, complex and concentrated. Aromas of sweet dark fruits like plum and cassis, and spices like cinnamon and cloves. The palate follows the same flavours as the nose, with a long and seamless evolution between the fruits and the spice. The tannins
