That form is specifically identified with the Fishpool Hoard dated 1400 60. This example is surmounted by a diamond, perhaps to accommodate resizing. That configuration is more commonly seen with a heart and dated to the Tudor period (1485 1603). Professionally refurbished with the silver overlay restored.
