The only strike against Wonder is that the two best blue archetypes in OTJ draft were blue-white and blue-green, and blue-white decks tended to have mostly flying creatures to begin with, making Wonder often redundant
This creature cant block, but has a lot of utility for a two-cost rat, creating X number of rat creature tokens based on the damage dealt to it
The type of collection I have I collect to build I go from having 6 to 15 decks assembled for EDH - this fluctuates a lot as sometimes I will build a deck, play it 5 times, and disassemble it again within a week
However, its definitely lacking on the Amber side of things, with really only Be Our Guest standing out as a competitively viable card, as well as Hades Lord of the Underworld
Cards like Legion Loyalty and Cybermen Squadron are finishers for their respective colors and decks, Corporeal Projection should fill the same role while offering some early-game utility
Your curve demands an answer from turn one, and the weight of your curve is way too brutal for most decks to handle
