Earlier in the year, Wizards released the preconstructed Commander decks of the year with Ikoria that were designed as standard Commander sets

The original source has been a bit elusive, though

Rapunzel, Gifted with Healing Heal allies, draw cards and quest for lore - all on one card Tangled heroine Rapunzel appears on several of the best Lorcana cards in The First Chapter, and Rapunzel, Gifted with Healing continues that trend

This makes some amount of sense because subjectively, it feels like the least powerful of the bunch, mostly because it doesn't do anything immediately (unless you have extra mana floating around to cast something from your graveyard), while all of the other face commanders offer immediate value the turn they come into play

The more recently released cards also feature characters embossed with an extra layer of gloss and a Legendary symbol stamped in gold foil
